Great location — about 350 steps across Front Beach Street from the door to the water, and we had a good view of the Gulf from the front deck. Compact condo, but has all you need. There were four 17-year-old girls and one set of parents in our group and we had plenty of space. We ate at the condo all but the first night, and found all of the pots, pans, dishes, utensils needed.

Smelled super good! Beds were so comfy!! As well as pillows and blankets!! Towels were freaking awesome. Thick and soft. Couches were comfy. Really enjoyed having the beach view from the porch without being in the more crowded condos across the street. The lizards running across the sidewalk were so cute , fun to watch. The ladies responded very quickly to any questions I had, and were pleased to help me. 10/10 One of the best places I have stayed in.

Amazing place to stay, I loved that we could see the beach from our unit and the walk was easy to the beach.

We had a wonderful time here. This condo is in a great location. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. It’s perfect for a family with teenagers who love to come and go on their own. The owners are very responsive and so easy to work with! We will definitely come back to this one!
